Do you have a prayer concern or announcement you would like to share with the pastoral staff of Madison UMC?  Are you interested in being contacted by a pastor regarding joining our church family?  Do you need information regarding our Pre-School Program, Youth or Children's Ministries?  If so, please fill out this on-line request form.  Your request will be routed to the appropriate church staff and will remain confidential unless you designate otherwise.  Please let us know in your request if it is an announcement you would like published in the weekly bulletin or church newsletter.
